Hi, I’m Vinita! I am a Barre Sculpt teacher at the studio.

I have completed over 1,000 hours of in-person training, taught over 5,000 classes, and led 3 yoga teacher trainings. I am certified in yoga, barre, meditation and run my own private practice. Her style of teaching incorporates creative sequencing to open the body and the heart. Expect every class to be an experience.

My movement practice began in 1998 while I was a student and ski bum in Colorado. Since then, I have made long term homes in Wyoming, Japan, and California. Influenced by the natural world and the many places I have traveled; my personal practice is based on a sense of deep ecology and global philosophy.
