FAQ

  • We offer a variety of classes for anyone looking to move. For a full balanced strength workout, we offer barre, pilates, reformer and sculpt classes. For the cardio lover, there is cycle, power, kickboxing and dance cardio. We also offer yoga if you're looking for stretch and meditation.

  • The Studio classes are curated for all fitness levels. We require a minimum age of 14 accompanied by an adult for youth to attend.

  • Comfortable workout clothing and grip socks are encouraged for barre and reformer classes. Loaners are available should you need to borrow some. SPD cleated cycle shoes are required for cycle classes. Loaner shoes are available should you need to borrow some. Tennis shoes recommended for dance cardio classes.

  • We offer modifications for anyone pregnant or rehabilitating from injury. Always consult your physician, but we have found many students strengthened by The Studio classes offered.
