  • Studio Mat Pilates

    Classical Pilates, taught by Master Trainer Gwendolyn Paine
    This class stays true to the roots of Pilates. You’ll move through classical mat sequences with precision, breath, and control, building deep core strength and balanced alignment. Expect a grounded, technique-forward practice that strengthens, lengthens, and reconnects you to your body from the inside out.
    Perfect for: Those who want the traditional Pilates method taught with mastery and clarity.

    Studio Mat Fusion + Bala

    Pilates + Barre Energy
    A dynamic blend of Mat Pilates and barre-inspired movement for a full-body burn. Set to upbeat music, this class incorporates squats, planks, ab work, thigh and seat work, and upper-body strengthening—always in healthy alignment. Bala includes 1 lb. ankles or wrist weights.
    Perfect for: Those who want something energetic, musical, and athletic while still rooted in Pilates principles.

    Mat Ritual

    Contemporary, Musical, Mindful Movement
    A 50-minute immersive mat experience that blends contemporary Pilates with fluid, intentional sequencing and a curated soundtrack. Light props may be used, but the focus is on presence, subtle intensity, and dropping into your body. You’ll leave grounded, clear, and renewed.
    Perfect for: Those craving a more soulful, modern, music-driven practice that feels like a ritual, not just a workout.

  • Pop-up athletic fitness class designed by Waverly Kenny. Low impact blend of barre, strength and core work that uses light weights, booty bands and more to tone your whole body!

  • Yoga is an exploration of mindful movement and the connection between body & breath. Bringing in flow, purposeful alignment, a calming balance of effort and ease. A perfect compliment to the powerful practices of our other group classes.

 
  • Beat based ride on our Stages bikes that flows through strength, speed, and endurance drills. Set to killer playlists, our teachers are engaging and inspirational in this one of a kind cardio blaster class. Take a few minutes at the end of class to stretch, breathe and feel the energy you’ve cultivated within.

  • Designed for those brand new to reformer Pilates who want to build foundations in reformer Pilates practices. In this 50 minute class, learn about the reformer machine, and understand how to be safe on the reformer. Slow paced, gentle, introductory, basic. This class is required before taking our REFORM FLOW or REFORM BURN classes.

  • Come experience the burn, the shake, the sizzle on our brand new Allegro 2 reformer machines. In 50 minutes, you will sculpt a stronger body via an athletically structured flow class. With a focus on alignment and high quality cues, our REFORM FLOW class is a well balanced class that will deliver strength, length, and tone. This class is taught at a strong intermediate level, with available modifications for both the beginner and advanced. If you are recovering from injuries, please chat with us first as there may be a better fit class.

  • Welcome to REFORM BURN! This is a 50 minute athletic and dynamic reformer Pilates class, challenging your body and mind at optimal levels. We'll take traditional and sometimes not so traditional Reformer exercises and incorporate weights, fitness circles, and more. This class will leave you feeling challenged, chiseled, and maybe sweaty!

    If you're new to Pilates or have injuries, we suggest trying a different class such as FOUNDATIONS
