  • Full body burn set to incredible beats, all within an energetic group class. Our instructors are widely trained in Pilates, barre, and other movement modalities, giving you a dynamic fusion of elements on the mat. Includes squats, planks, abdominals, arms, thighs, seat work. This class is about strengthening, lengthening and stretching muscles in their healthiest alignment.

  • Full body flow, sculpt, and sweat class. Infuses some of our favorite barre moves with dynamic stretching and yoga. Form focused, creating balance within the body from front to back, and side to side.

  • Utilizes 1 lb bala bands on wrists or ankles. We supply the bands, however if you have your own, please bring them : ) Full body burn set to incredible beats, all within an energetic group class.   • Ignite your fitness journey with our high intensity interval training (HIIT) class, designed to elevate your heart rate and leave you feeling strong. Our HIIT c lasses are a powerhouse of energy, endurance, and strength combining rapid, intense bursts of movement with active recovery time. This is a dynamic workout for all levels!

  • Yoga is an exploration of mindful movement and the connection between body & breath. Bringing in flow, purposeful alignment, a calming balance of effort and ease. A perfect compliment to the powerful practices of our other group classes.

 
  • Beat based ride on our Stages bikes that flows through strength, speed, and endurance drills. Set to killer playlists, our teachers are engaging and inspirational in this one of a kind cardio blaster class. Take a few minutes at the end of class to stretch, breathe and feel the energy you’ve cultivated within.

  • Beat based ride on our Stages bikes followed by mat work, including planks, abdominals, and arm works. Our rides flow through strength, speed, and endurance drills. Set to killer playlists, our teachers are engaging and inspirational in this one of a kind cardio blaster class.

  • Dynamic sculpting class with moderate to heavier weights intended to strengthen your muscles. In this class there will be ample time to activate your muscles, priming your body for a full body strength training session.

 
  • Come experience the burn, the shake, the sizzle on our brand new Allegro 2 reformer machines. In this class, you will sculpt a stronger body via this athletically structured full body class. Our reformer teachers are naturally gifted, highly attuned to body, movement, flow.
