Hi, I’m Amber! A lifelong fitness lover, I became a certified personal trainer in 2010. I am a STRENGTH + Cycle teacher here at the studio.

Formerly the Athletics Director for Vertex Climbing Center, and voted as Best Personal Trainer in the North Bay Bohemian Reader’s Poll for three years running, fitness has been in my life for long time! I love that the classes at The Studio push me outside of my comfort level, challenging me physically and mentally to find length, alignment, and strength in ways I don’t normally pursue on my own.

I am fired up to bring killer workouts to Healdsburg, via our cycle and strength class formats (including use of the TK tools!). I have lived in the Healdsburg area for the better part of two decades and now reside in Geyserville with my two children.
