Hi — I’m Amber! I’ve been coaching strength and movement for over 15 years, and I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.
My approach blends thoughtful strength training with a deep respect for form, control, and longevity — which is why I love bringing this work into a Pilates environment. Strength training doesn’t have to feel intimidating or extreme. In Studio Strength, we focus on learning good movement patterns, gradually building strength to create bodies that feel powerful, resilient, and supported for the long run.
