At The Studio, she leads Studio Strength sessions designed to build resilience, support longevity, and help you feel powerful in your body.

Gwendolyn Paine is a classically trained Pilates instructor and former professional dancer whose work is rooted in precision, alignment, and strength. She completed her Master Teacher certification with Balanced Body and apprenticed under contemporary Pilates educator Elizabeth Larkham, shaping a deeply informed and intentional approach to movement.

After more than 20 years in Marin, Gwendolyn recently relocated to Sonoma County and continues to evolve her teaching through a focus on core stability, length, and functional strength. At The Studio, she leads Pilates sessions that are thoughtful, precise, and designed to support a strong, balanced, and resilient body.

Lauren Boyes is a sound healer, ceremonialist, and space holder based in Healdsburg, California.

Her work is devoted to creating intentional experiences that invite release, reflection, and reconnection through sound, ritual, and intuitive care. With a deep reverence for the body’s innate wisdom, she guides others into spaces that feel grounding and gently transformative.

Lauren is especially passionate about women’s circles and grief ceremonies, creating containers where emotion, tenderness, and truth are welcome. At The Studio, she offers immersive sound baths and restorative experiences that support deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and reconnection to self.
