For three decades, I’ve consistently practiced yoga, Pilates, barre, and more — so I might say I’m a pretty discerning customer. Catherine’s 45-minute class moved seamlessly, from one movement to another, all intelligently choreographed and adaptable to all levels of fitness. She made sure that we had stretches in-between strenuous movements to prevent injury. I was visiting Healdsburg, but if Catherine were teaching where I live, I’d go to her class everyday.
